We eliminate administrative delays and begin directly with a comprehensive, data-informed 50-Minute Initial Psychological Evaluation.
Prior to our first meeting, you will complete paperless digital intake and brief baseline health screeners inside Upheal. During our initial session, we evaluate your results together, examine root drivers, ensure mutual clinical fit, and construct your personalized treatment roadmap.

To ensure accessible, transparent care, our practice supports both direct private pay and flexible insurance reimbursement routes:
1. In-Network Insurance Options
Select commercial insurance plans are accepted in-network through specialized administrative partners:
In-Network Partners: Headway and Grow Therapy
Verification: Your specific copay, coinsurance, or deductible is verified prior to your first session and billed directly through the partner portal.
2. Out-of-Network Insurance & Direct Pay (via Thrizer & Upheal)
For out-of-network insurance benefits or direct cash pay:
Standard Cash Rates: $275 (Initial Psychological Evaluation) | $245 (Ongoing 50-Minute Sessions)
Automated Out-of-Network Processing: Via Thrizer, eligible clients pay only their estimated co-insurance share upfront while out-of-network claims are processed automatically.
Automated Superbills: Monthly itemized superbills are generated automatically in your Upheal portal for one-click submission to PPO providers.

Practice Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
Therapy is a dedicated clinical commitment. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notification will be billed at the full session rate.
